I went ahead and look into the Translation++ file. The game has more than 3000 lines, which means >3000 lines need proper translations. Anyway, we probably need the raw game if anyone wanted to translate it as I can't seem to change anything from the provided Translation++ file into the game.

You need to download Translator++ and open the .trans file as an existing project.
Make your changes.
Then you press the "Inject Translation" button (Shaped like a syringe)
Translator++ will ask you to select the executable to inject.
Select the main executable from the Open File Dialog that comes up.
Wait for it to finish and you should be good to go!

Text box needs to be worked on. Half of the dialogue is unreadable, as a good portion of it is off screen.
Not sure if the blue and red boxes can be translated, but moon runes there makes the choices impossible.
With the time I played it, I was only able to unlock 2 scenes from the gallery, no matter what combination of red and blue boxes I selected.

I do have Translator++ installed and I've actually used it a few times to translate several games (albeit not finished any of it  ). I tried to make some edits to the game through your provided .trans file but after injecting my edits, the game didn't reflect any changes that I made.
If you have the raw game, I'd really appreciate it if you can share the game here.

The blue and red boxes are image files iirc. Which means the edits need to be done directly on the images.

While looking through my files, I found out I was actually working on this game translation. Most images was translated, but only the first stream got translated. I think I will continue this but at a very slow rate. The dialogue and the cultural stuff is killing me.

Sorry, but that statement is a little biased. I'm sure all streamers eventually have inter species and/or tentacle sex at some point in their career, not JUST Japanese streamers.
