so i had to go and check that to make sure that the original videos didnt leak, and that no one stole my shit.
Its not a bad attempt, but it was probably done with an older jav player with the previous tecogan models and no extra processing.
On a side note, the new video is actually worth decensoring so i will tinker with that in my spare time. The last few videos don't really decensor very well because of the way the scenes play out but here's hoping for more like this in the future.

Managed to finish one of the older works with a quality good enough to share. The process takes a really long time on my system so don't expect many full length works. This one took a little over 56 hours of processing which would be a lot faster with something more modern than my gpu, which i do intend to get at some point the not so distant future.
The new method im using is an x8 upscale with some denoising, then running that in another upscale for quality. You can then pass it through topaz or other enhancement AI but this result was good enough without that last step. There are still quite a few things that can be done to improve quality but it just takes so long to get anything done its not worth my time.

This scene is hard to work with, there is one more thing i want to try with it at some point in the future when i get a new GPU. If i tried it now it would take about a week to process.
Hopefully this is good enough, even with the flicker at the end.

This one did not turn out as sharp as i would like, but the 2nd part is better than i expected. It's good enough to share but there is a little distortion in the beginning and at the end.
Will probably use this one in future testing with new models.

It takes a while because i need to test several different ways to decensor to see what works best. I try to avoid anti flicker models because they just end up bluring the video. but even then there are some tools that can restore lost detail.
Each 5 or 10 second clip can take an hour or so. i do not need to run the entire process and i could use just a few frames if i wanted to but looking at single frames doesn't show you some of the flicker and other smearing that happens. so its often something i just let run in the background.
The last step is what takes the longest and its mainly bound by CUDA processing and vram. basically your gpu cant use your system memory so if it doesn't fit in vram then you don't do the operation. it takes me about 20 seconds per frame if i run it as a single process, and about 30 seconds per frame if i run 2 at a time, which is all i can do because of vram limits. not that it would be faster anyway. A modern gpu could run 4 process at a time easy and complete each one at least 4x faster which means i could probably redo all of the stuff i did and also finish everything else in about a week as opposed to probably another 2 weeks on top of what i have already done.
There are also issues with the videos themselves. The one im working on now is the bathroom scene. the water moving around in the tub by some black magic doesn't actually mess with the decensor. I thought that part was going to be impossible but here i am running several tests on it to see what the hell is going on. So that should be done tomorrow and i have several versions of if since i know some people were asking about how this process works.

Bath water didnt screw with the decensor. spent 3 days screwing with settings figuring out why. Ran out of goats to sacrifice. moving on.
After i finish part 2 of this scene, ill upload some of the test clips if anyone is interested to see how the different models work. There are also other versions of the full decensors.

The first half of parts 1 and 2 are not really worth trying to decensor. bad angle and cant really see anything anyway.

Both parts of video 1 are done, first half of video 2 is not worth the effort and looked like crap in testing. last video tonight/tomorrow morning.
As for the video your talking about, it should turn out OK but the first video of the 2 might not be worth it. ill do that one next if its actually good. might be a day or 2.
