Hello friends, first post here. This site has been an excellent source of content, so I figured I myself should contribute to the cause.
I've been a Fantia supporter of Matsunaga Kouyou for quite a while now, and I'm an owner of their entire archive (what's on Fantia, anyway) ranging from 2016 to date. I've seen their images posted here and in several other places, so I suspect their work is fairly popular; their focus is generally teens and loli, often with tans and tanlines.
You'll find here all the paid and free rewards from 05/2016 to 11/2023 (as of writing) sorted by month, as well as the five published artbooks "BACK SIDE", "UNDER HAIRS", "SMELLS LIKE THIS", "BREAST HIGH," and "PROTOTYPE Rev:2." That's 5618 images + variations in total, 10.25GB unpacked. I keep this archive in sync with my local collection, so it should be updated every month with new content whenever they release a compiled archive for that month. All of the works are censored, though there are many fan-made uncensored images to be found elsewhere such as Sankaku.

Update 12/30/21: November content added, added 77 images. A new artbook named "BREAST HIGH" was announced for Feb 20, 2022, I'll see if I can get my hands on it.
Update 1/31/22: December content added, added 60 images.
Update 2/28/22: January content added, added 58 images. The "BREAST HIGH" artbook has a confirmed physical release, the digital version for paid members will arrive some time in March; that's the version I'll post.
Update 3/31/22: February content added, added 53 images. Also included "BREAST HIGH" artbook in image and PDF format; no new images, just a themed mix of older images. Also renamed the artbooks to their Fantia release titles, contents are the same.
Update 3/4/23: March 2022 through January 2023 content added, added 676 images. Migrated to a new MEGA account and updated the collection; the link, key, and OP are also updated.
Update 3/31/23: February content added, added 67 images. Also added "PROTOTYPE Rev:2" artbook, released back in 2/21/23.
Update 5/4/23: March content added, added 51 images.
Update 7/16/23: April and May content added, added 84 images.
Update 10/19/23: June-September content added, 305 images.
Update 11/9/23: October content added, 75 images.
Update 12/13/23: November content added, added 66 images.

You say that all of the art is censored? I've seen many uncensored images - often new images - by the artist posted elsewhere. I generally prefer to post those here whenever possible. So aren't some of the images uncensored to begin with rather than decensored by fans?

I'm glad to see the compartmentalization helps. I haven't seen any images released uncensored by the artist (at least on every source I'm aware of, Fantia, Twitter, etc), only third-party decensors. The artist definitely lives in Japan because they only distribute their artbooks physically within Japan, so I imagine they follow the censorship laws.
Do you have an example of an uncensored image, and where you found it? I can run it by the latest releases and post the native pic if there is one, I only update this when the monthly pack drops so right now it doesn't cover 7/2021. My guess is the artist's popularity lends itself to quick decensors by the community and the images you're seeing might be from this ongoing month.

All of these would have been found on Gelbooru.com You'll need to click on "My Account" - even as a guest - scroll down to "Show All Images", check that, go to the bottom of the page and hit "Save". You can then see all of the files on the site, including all of the loli material.
I used to rely on several other image boards for the artist's work, but the other boards stopped being as reliable. Sankaku was one of the bigger losses. Gelbooru is currently the best for anime style loli material.

Interesting. Looking through Gelbooru, they're all tagged as "thrid-party edit," which I believe is correct because of my aforementioned post. The vast majority of these are posted by "Domestic_Importer" (who also uploaded the vast majority of decensored images on Sankaku); they added the tag "third-party edit" when the images were uploaded according to the tag history, it's not like it was added afterwards by other people.
I'm noting some inconsistencies between images, images like this and this are redrawn with thick black lines, while images such as this and this are more pink and less defined. Then you have outliers like this that don't match either.
This one especially caught my eye because the coloring is different compared to the original, which I attached; note the lack of bright pink.
Here's a more obvious example, this is a decensor of a free image posted on 17/07/2021 (which doesn't have a native R-18 version yet); the edges of her thighs are kinda wiggly and they didn't keep the color within the lines in a few spots. Also her anus is much less detailed compared to the images I attached below
The question now is where they got all these decensors from, which is tough because reverse image search casts a wide net. Domestic_Importer seem to be the sole proprietor of all these decensored images, I sent them a message on Sankaku but I doubt I'll get a response. They don't define sources on the decensored images, which is in contrast to a lot of the censored original images that usually link back to the Fantia or Enty page they came from.
I guess it's not really a definitive answer, but given all the evidence I believe it's one or a few zealous decensorers. I'll keep looking into it, I'm curious now because there's more decensors posted by Domestic_Importer than original images, is he some photoshopping maniac?

I agree, Sankaku is in a sad state. The only thing that keeps me from moving over is the fact that their mobile app both exists and is good, especially since I have a hacked version that removes ads for Android, if you want it. I do have anime boxes, I'll move someday...

EDIT: So Domestic_Importer got back to me surprisingly, and he confirmed that he himself makes some decensors as well as a handful of other people; he agreed with the premise that the decensors are from "several independent, decentralized decensorers contributing to the general body of uncensored Matsunaga works," citing himself and another user named Mderms who has their own gallery of edits on Exhentai. I attached screenshots of the messages, this was all very interesting.
In conclusion, there are no original uncensored images, just devoted decensorers.
