The front page says it's part of the "Shounen Shikou" series, the title being "Josou World," josou meaning female dress, if that helps. In Japanese it's thus:

少年嗜好
女装ワールド

If I remember correctly, SilverFox had some issues of that series on his server. I got them earlier (but not this one) and forgot about them. When the server comes back, get them, cause they are very good.
