I've made some fixes for the eng_patch_Ver2.2 and put it here for someone still in need.

Can anyone tell me if there is a game similar to this one, or if the developer is going to release any continuation of the game like "Public Toilet in Summer 2"? Question

Just hope in a next up it will be possible to pee on her. Just like in the other Guru game...

Install instructions:
1. Download the files
2. Extract game files
3. Extract patch files.
4. Copy/move patch files to corresponding folders within the game folder. Select to overwrite all original files.

Use exactly 7z not winrar. It`s totally worked. As for the eng translation just remove read only to all, main folder of the game.

All you have to do is check the previous messages, go through the previous pages of this topic, which have a lot of information on how to advance in the game and even what you are asking.

I noticed in the file saving "flag gag mouth" this and other items. Is this implemented in this version?

Don't know if anyone is still playing this but discovered this post and got the 2.2 and patch not long ago.

This is the flag for when someone enters the toilet. You have to cover her mouth / scare her with the knife.

Does anyone has complete save file for this game?

There is no real "Full Save" to this game.
No gallery to be unlocked.
If you refer to the guide I uploaded above,
you'll find all the steps you need to complete
and the number of times for each.

The saves you might need help with are:
1: Getting past the washroom door
2: Entering the stall
3: Blackmail
4: Breaking her in for sex
5: Already pregnant and deciding what you'll do
(This would really be the Full Save as it is the final choice before Game Over)
