I recently subscribed to EFFs "Do your best" plan on Cien, in addition to two backlog months I purchased to gain access two other items. One being a single part of their now scrapped RPG game, and of course the latest One Shot Minute 4 not offered anywhere else.
In addition, I've gained temporary access to their annex page, which contains the alternative (better) versions of several previous and more recent flash games offered to the public on the website. They change the link to this site every month, and I will no longer be a subscriber next month. To avoid making the link searchable, I've pasted the link within a text file stored on mega, along with OSM4 and the Asmodeus #2 flash game (the loli girl from their asmodeus series they scrapped).
I ask everyone to please please please, consider supporting EFF and their works, since I feel we can all agree it's some fantastic stuff

thanks taco cat , the annex one is not saveable because its actually not flash file. i,ve already check it, the game is compilation of js & individual picture & voice. i still can't figure how to save it either... only managed to save the picture itself

There is a way to save those annex games though, but it's quite annoying.
Using Chrome, get an extension called "Save All Resources", after that's installed, load up the game page.
Hit F12, then click on the double >> to get a dropdown list (where you find 'Elements', 'Console', etc), and click on "ResourcesSaver"
Tick all the boxes (beautify is optional), then it should reload the page, once it's finally done loading, click on "Save All Resources".
It'll download a .zip file, which has a bunch of folders. The 'e-f-frontier.net' folder has a folder nested in there like 'fla15_b'.
Extract that one you should be good to go. (fla15_b contains one .js file, one .html file, images folder, sounds folder)
(if the sounds folder is missing, try enabling "Disable cache" in the "Network" tab, then retry the whole process)
With 'JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler', IIRC I removed 2 shapes (black circles) and then for the red stuff I replaced one or two images with a blank .png file.
With the other game, OSM4, replacing the shapes with a blank .png image worked, but for this game there was some weird jitter with where the mosaic used to be during some animations (sumata).
Found something interesting while looking through the script, there is some functionality from OSM4 in this, but it seems like the author didn't implement female climax, but there is a heavier breathing mode. Heck, there's even a pink bar image. The variable is labeled koufun_f, and if it's over 5000 her breathing is heavier. In OSM4 that variable went up during all penetration actions, but here that variable just slowly drops to 0 no matter what you do (it starts at 0 too).
You can tweak the value using cheat engine though (fun experiment). First you need to find the address for the blue bar (it starts at 0 in the beginning, and goes up to 10000). If you find that address, the pink bar is +4. So for example, if the blue bar is 03ED2144, the pink bar is 03ED2148. Setting that to 6000 will give you some different idle breathing sounds (sadly that's all it does)
This may or may not work as a pointer for the blue address (baseaddress, offset1, offset2, offset3, offset4, offset5):
