Every time I try to open it, it gives me an error message in Japanese saying something like "A read error has occurred. The file may be corrupted or it may have failed to load from the device."
I've already tried moving it to another drive and redownloading it. Neither worked.

There's an error everytime I change speed, and the meter doesn't even fill up or move. Like there is no meter.
