Maybe you could find a simpler braid design, or use some form of appropriate jewelry or hairpiece to fasten it? The right pattern or design on a hairpiece could also convey your heritage.
Were you able to find any suitable free clinic that could see you? Sometimes physical therapy stretches and exercises can help, but a professional evaluation is advisable if possible.

they cant do anyting for it tendinitis is irreversable and debilitating basically the tendon that pulls the shoulder is deformws and inflames its not life threatening thank god but extrememly painful cbd oil helps but it limits range of motion just another gift from the u.s. navy

It's a separate problem from the injury to your back then. I wasn't sure if they were linked. I guess that you do whatever you can. A lot of people are stuck with chronic pain. Just be very careful with any pain medication. That can go badly very quickly. Pain management is one of the more reasonable applications for things like cbd, but that's a personal position.
Hope things improve, anyway.

Thanks my back hasn't been an issue lately thank god just tendinitis and I only use 1 drop of CBD oil a day in my soda it dulls the pain but doesn't kill it just makes it, so I can function

somebody called in a complaint to the health department thursday and while that complaint was false the inspector found enough to tell the company we have 10 days to clean completely otherwise complete shutdown .

So as long as you clean everything completely, the business should be ok? If your team knows what they're doing, that should be manageable.

I would think that getting everything clean would be the priority for the business because otherwise it won't be in business! Close early and have the crew spend that time doing the necessary work if it can't be done when the store is open. Or open late for the same reason. There is no other sensible option. If they're trying to get the crew to "volunteer" to do it in unpaid overtime, that's not legal or not supposed to be lgeal in a number of states. No clue about Kentucky.

the cieling tiles have to be replaced as well as the air vents and i think theres mold in the air compressor
im applying as a product photographer at a car dealership its time for me to go
