You fell four weeks ago. That's more than a pulled muscle. Contracting the Covid-19 infection around the same time wouldn't help with your recovery except it kept you from being active. You need to keep an ongoing record of these problems.

Some people find that stretching out on the floor with their back straight and knees bent can help reduce the strain - assuming that they can get into that position and then back up again.

Maybe you can find a free clinic that you can reach, if not where you are than in Memphis. A plus to having gotten the Covid-19 infection already is that you don't have to worry about that again for months.

If they don't have those services they might be able to recommend someone else who does.

A little pain today mostly because of all the work I was doing as we are preparing for a visit from the division VP at work hopefully I will be ok

If you keep experiencing back pain, you need to seek medical attention from one of the free clinics. It's been close to six weeks. Pulled muscles don't cause problems for that long. Please, seek a professional examination. It may take time to find the right clinic, but they should have some idea of where you might go.

Please keep entering accounts of how you feel each day in a log or journal. It will help to track your condition over time. Be specific about what hurts, how much, what you can and can't do. Maybe do video recording of yourself when you try to move so there's an external vantage point.

If you can't work because of it, you may be able to seek some degree of disability coverage. I don't know. Getting a proper examination will be necessary to either fix the problem or deal with it.

All I can offer is advice like this and sympathy.

And to tell you to be very, very careful about what pain medication you take.

talked to my district manager apparently the general manager failed to file an incident report when i first fell and my shift lead didnt tell anybody that i was in pain looks like im screwed i will have to wait to get insurance before i get checked out
