That is- rough doesn't begin to describe it. Please keep an eye on your status. If you start to display any symptoms, the biggest danger is six to seven days after the start. That is when things can worsen abruptly.
Is there any way for you to quarantine, and anyone who can keep tabs on you or help you out by doing things like getting you supplies?
Maybe the only good thing is that you will have to rest because of the quarantine so your back might recover.
Keep us posted, please. A lot of people have gone through this, and it can be very hard. If we don't help one another - even if it's only emotional support - who will? It's a hard, dark winter, but you don't have to be totally alone. Or not on this level, at least.

A better back is something. I'd been worried it was a long-term problem.
If you just came down with this then everyone where you work will have to get tested, too. Not a good week for them, either.
Get rest, stay hydrated, keep a check on everything, and stay in touch. If things start to worsen, contact help immediately.
Maybe you can catch up on something you wanted to watch or read while you're in quarantine. There's no shortage of it. You may even have ideas for art projects. Whatever it takes to get you through it.

yeah my boss was informed but since the last time i was at work was wedensday and i intentionally avoided coworkers for the most part i doubt its a concern but they should get tested im also in communication with contact tracers at the lab that ran my test in nashville

sinuses are finally clearing up but for some reason i sleep in spirts 2 to 3 hours not normal for me at all but at least i can breathe as for my financial situation im playing a game on my phone that promised a cash out within 72 hours we will see what happens there

I've heard that sleep can get really weird with Covid-19. Sometimes it can be very disorienting. A major reservoir of the virus is in the brain which is why it can be so dangerous and the effects on the mind can be so strange. Many people with it have trouble maintaining focus.
Being able to breathe better is a real improvement. Still be careful. You're in about the one week range when the infection can surge.
Careful with games, too. Especially if your thoughts are scrambled at all. I think most of those "earn prizes" games are scams. Maybe I'm just cynical. Remember the rule of any casino - the house always wins.
