"Fire Dancer" looks like one of your superhero-inspired pieces. I'm not sure which one. First thought is she was some version of Phoenix, but she has that spider belt buckle design and the outfit looks more like Black Widow who doesn't have powers. Original?
I like the dress design on the left in "Ballroom" and some of the veiling effect on the one on the right. The image looks much better small than large, though. When I go to full resolution it looks blurry and flat. It's still a rare work for you to have two figures in a scene like that, let alone two entwined.
Please keep up your creative work and thanks for sharing it.

All I can say is that you need to document everything. If there is any way to record it in a formal report, do it. If anyone else saw or knows what happened, get that information down in writing. If you have persistent pain or difficulty moving, videos of yourself attempting to go through movements may be useful later. Normally, I would ask if there was any way to be checked out by urgent care if it persists, but the way things are right now that seems like something to do if it really persists or gets any worse.
Find out what the OSHA regulations and laws in your state, county, and city - if you can. They should be publicly available online.
This is all in case you have any lasting problems from the incident. Documenting it gives you something to go on. Making certain that there is a formal report gives you support if any action is required. If you're harassed over it, document that, too. There are prohibitions in most places for retaliating against people for reporting accidents.
I'm not qualified to give legal advice wherever you are. These are only some basic suggestions that should apply to your situation. I doubt if you have a union rep or anything like that. There are people with a lot more experience who could probably give you more specific and appropriate advice.
I hope that none of this is necessary and that it fades quickly.

Document. If there's any way to file a record of the incident, do so. It may be harder with a small business.
Public health departments are stressed by the pandemic. Find out if yours is by appointment or walk-in. Follow all the health protocols and then some. Double mask if you can, and sanitize.
I can't give you any medical advice. I don't know what may have happened. It could be wrenched muscles or vertebrae that slipped out of alignment. If it still hurts this much, now, you need to have it checked - and keep everything documented. What happened, your status every day - record it - and everything you might learn from a medical review.
Look up Tennessee's OSHA regulations. They may help.
I hope things get better.
