i have one pallete too, but tryed to collor other after making shadowas and the rest in black and white =/

If you have Photoshop, you can go to the "Swatches" tab and then click on a small arrow in the corner, where you can browse swatches. One of those swatches contains very nice colors for a color artist, i don't remember its name because I'm using my own swatches now... Kay?

Interesting. It looks like you might need to try using multiple layers with masks. My last color piece contained at least 57 layers; probably 60 or more, counting text.
Try this; select an area, say the hair, with the wand tool, make a new layer, and click the 'add a mask' button on the Layer pane (it should look like a square with a circle inside it). Now color within that layer; only area's that are revealed by the mask will be colored. This should help you stay within your lines and your areas cleaner.

ya, layers started pissing me off about midway, i kept accidentlly coloring this, so it would shoul there and here, plus, it came from a pencil drawing, so the resolution was low, but thats all photoshop stuff, i guess i proportioned everything for the most part, and i rushed the end, cause i was tired of drawing the thing lawl.

Wow, I'm seeing a lot of folks that understand anatomy very well here but lack the confidence in that fact.
Kind of making me wanna offer OC art jams with folks to draw together with some of y'all and do some real time coaching back and forth.
Also on the layers discussion. I've learned that making most layers invisible then combining visible now and then is a great help in keeping the layer pallet from getting too cluttered. You color in multiple layers, then simply combine just those layers. Remember to make sure only the layers you want combined are visible when you combine them. It also helps you play with effects and refine them nicely with a bit of practice.

I have no method at all... Even for cleaning the lines... 
It begins to be annoying to click everywhere on Photoshop to see what it does... xD

I don't really understand how anyone can have difficulty with it, coloring in photoshop is a completely logical process if you just think through how the program works. Regardless, these are the essentials, as explained to as broad an audience as I can manage.
1) Make sure you have your layers open at all times, in the event you close them, they can be reopened from the 'window' menu at the top. Layers higher up the rollout always cover those below them. You can also drag layers up and down and make them invisible by clicking the eye icon on the left side.
2) Any scanned or opened non-photoshop image file will default to being the 'background' layer, this can't actually have it's properties altered as is, but by double clicking the name to change it (it'll then default to 'layer x' you can change it, the best mode to choose for lineart, or indeed for colorizing B&W images is 'multiply' which causes any white-grey area to become proportionally transparent in the event of filled pixels existing on lower layers.
3) When using any selection tool, regardless of where you were when you made your selection, the same area will remain active even if you switch up or down between or even make new layers, this is a really good trick when combined with the magic wand tool as you can paint in far more broad strokes than you otherwise could. Also worth noting is that you can push ctrl+shift+i to invert your selected area (so, you can for example, select the entire blank portion of your color layer, then invert to have all the colored as well as any ailiased pixels selected).
4) On the same note, you can hold down shift while making a selection to add it to your already selected area, or hold alt to subtract.
5) There is a clearly labeled transparency slider on the layer rollout, use this on a seperate layer to do your shading, as you can just paint with black for the entire image and get a consistent result, it's worth noting that if you have your color layer magic wanded that you can use Gaussian blur to smooth it out without worrying about it going outside the lines, although you probably want to use a few layers to shade that way, so you can create darkened areas with varied amounts of blur. Also note that you want to use seperate layers for characters and backgrounds, especially if there is any sense of distance involved.
6) when you're actually coloring your image, note that the brush, pencil and eraser tools all allow you to use the [ and ] keys to scale your brush size up and down, this is a really good trick to avoid going mental. You can also push x to switch between your two active colors.
7) Unless you are really f'n rich and have an analog tablet, don't bother trying to do clean lines in photoshop, either do them on the paper to begin with or use a vector based program like freehand or flash. While I appreciate that photoshop has some vector tools, they don't work at all, who the hell decided we wanted every single f'n line or shape to be it's own layer?
 Clicking on your active color brings up a large swatch, this is surprisingly useful as you can select a color with the dripper tool and then use the swatch to progressively get darker or lighter versions of the same color.
and some don'ts
Don't use the magic wand to select areas you want to color, you'll get stuck with blank areas due to the aliasing fade between the line and the white, we've all seen amaturs do it and we all agree that it just looks stupid. Just zoom in and do it freehand, you're a big boy now, and I'm sure you can stay within the lines, especially with the aid of your miracle, non smudge, kill everything eraser of doom.
Don't be afraid to try ideas out, provided you have a solid idea on how the layer stack works, you'd be surprised at what can actually work.
Don't leave all your layers unlabeled during an ambitious project, you're just setting yourself up there.
Really, that's it, that's all you really NEED to know to do good to descent coloring, other than that you're just going to have to see what works for you, you may wish to fudge around with the smudge tool to acheive that 'painted' look but if you want that, go get paintshop pro, it's just plain better for that and only slightly more of a system hog while doing it. (no really, my poor old PC just can't take the strain of doing either, so don't expect me to be doing that anytime soon)
This took forever to write out, and I hope somebody finds it at least useful.

An Analog tablet means a tablet which is pressure sensitive, an so mimics a real pencil far more accurately.
I wasn't aware that there actually was different language versions of photoshop, isn't the language normally set during install?
Oh, and you change a layer to multiply mode in the layer rollout, layers are defaulted to 'normal' also useful is 'screen' which is the exact opposite of multiply.
