Just extract the first one. Your extraction program should know that they're all parts of the same archive.

@zaldar: You could use an ad-blocker (as Anyien suggested) or a download manager like JDownloader 2. You might also try one of the 7 mirrors (see spoiler).
I'd gladly provide mega links, but since my accounts tend to get terminated pretty quickly that is not an option.

People should post only on places where it is obvious how to get the file..
