Your loli looks all right for a rough sketch but you didn't try to draw her hands at all so she will have difficulty in eating the ice cream cone that is just off-screen.  Usually I use a fast sketch as a basis for a slower, more detailed drawing so it would be good to see that result. Sketches aren't meant for "public consumption" generally, although skilled artists can make them look great regardless. Anyway, try for interesting poses rather than static and smooth lines with your finished drawing. Keep it up!
