Are you running it using Applocale or using Japanese windows settings? Those errors remind me of what pops up when some of the japanese scripting programs try to execute but can't due to not being run under Japanese settings

You need to change your region and language settings. Assuming you're working on XP, you need to go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Advanced -> Language for None Uni-code Programs and switch it to Japanese. If you haven't done this before, you'll probably need to put your Windows disc in and get the settings from there.

is this still downloadable? I got an error when I tried to download it. Trying again now. May be a javascript thing don't know. I run with javascript off for security reasons.
