LOOKING FOR AN ARTIST! a or multiple artists... idk....

So i'm looking for artists, apparently.... lol Um, i was wondering if i could commission a artist to draw me a piccy or a series of piccies of a few lolis that i havent seen rule34 of for me and a few of my friends. as well, i might like to commission to have you help design some characters for me too. and i maybe can pay, i'll see, but there will be 'some type' of payment :p

i couldnt think of a better place to post this so if its wrong then feel free to move it for me and stuff.

Could you give an example of what you have in mind, if possible ? What character, if you want something specific as the situation or not, this kind of stuff ?

First i guess, any type of Rule34 of Bison's Shadaloo Dolls would be good to start with, as lolis of course lol. The pictures themselves, posing and all that and stuff, would be up to the artists or whatever. Also Parin from Gurumin the Monstrous Adventure and a few more.
