Okay, here's the detailled sketching of the three main catgirls. If that's good enough for you, tell me, I'll start the inking, then make a first setting of the header for positionning.
Once I start inking, changing the catgirls will mean starting it over (Yeah, I do only the coloring on computer), so please ask for any change before giving me the go. 
The positions will remain as on the first overall sketching, just the side girl chomping on the 崩 instead of trying to catch the sleeping one's tail.
Depending on the final setup of the words and catgirls, I'll see to add around at least two more catgirls on the header frolicking around, but let's go one step at a time.

I mostly used pics of cats as references for the poses and focused more on sticking to them as much as possible with human body than the size and stuff out of keeping decent proportions.

Been busy over the week end, so couldn't make much progress, but it's still advancing, I'm curently on the middle of adjusting the inking for the catgirls and making the overall setup for the header.
Edit : Okay, here's the overall layout for the header. Will see to add one or two more catgirls later depending on how things goes.
The color for the words can be replaced easily, I took a darker version of your site background so it would fit over it without clashing too much, but still be easily seen. Will adjust during the coloring phase if need be to smooth things a bit more so it can blend on the site better. 
I won't be able to change the size/positions of the catgirls once I start coloring, so tell me if you want them smaller or to adjust their positions. Reason is I use several layers for each set of color and will use the same set for all of them to avoid having more than 50 layers if I can
Will remove the background later, but keep it for now so you can see the catgirls and their positions.

Might be the fangs, can shorten them a bit, but as the final header will be rather small, it will squeeze the smallest details away. Might be because it's overlapping the kanji's side, being only an outline.
I'm glad you're pleased with the results so far. I take it the overall positioning, spacing and all is fine, then ? I'll see to add a few more catgirls before starting the coloring. With this setup, I should be able to add two more without giving off a too cramped feeling.

The logo itself looks slightly off center, try moving it a bit more towards the catgirl running but not all the way.

Will start the coloring, will still be able to change the overall location for some time if needed. If you have any request regarding the coloring, do tell.
Will start with a "simple" color sampling so you can confirm they suit you before doing the layered one.

I put on the same color as your site as background so you can have a better view of how it might look like when finished as well with the "real size" version of the header. It will look better once the coloring is done
