I had the same problem, I suggest you try converting them into mpeg or something of the like, worked like a charm for me after I did that. (You can find a bunch of converters, I personally use Any Video Converter and Prism Video Converter)
Hope you get them to work

If you see the MediaInfo log it says:
| | Codec ID : FPS1 |
For those who doesn't know, this is the codec used by FRAPS (it's a program that is used to record any DirectX/OpenGL program, mainly used for games). ffdshow seems to have support for this codec, but if you have installed CCCP it comes disabled by default. So you need to install FRAPS from this website (don't worry, even the free version works) or activate ffdshow codec going on "ffdshow video decoder configuration" and "Codecs->Fraps->Enable". If you use LAV Filters you should do the same.
For OP, next time it's better to reencode FRAPS output to another format, to save bandwidth. FRAPS codec is almost lossless to reduce processing time (and the audio is lossless, PCM). If you use something like H.264+AAC you can have 5MB/min or less files with still a pretty amazing quality, so you didn't lose too much time uploading it. If you don't know how to reencode, I suggest using something like MediaCoder or HandBrake that makes the whole process much more easy.

LioMajor: Compressed via rar (example 2+GB File > 1,1GB), no need to re-encode.
Take it, or leave it.
It's not a issue, just a tip. If you did use another compression scheme you would archive huge savings (like 200MB for all files), so it would be easier for you and the others. RAR is not optimized for video/audio, H.264 and AAC are (and they're both lossy codecs, so they gonna throw unnecessary information away).
If you wanna do a test, take any WAV file, compress with ZIP/RAR/7-Zip. Them use FLAC (a lossless audio codec). With FLAC, you still have the whole file intact, but gains a lot of compression (something like 15~20%), and you can playback without the need of first decompress the file. Them use AAC or any other lossy codec with a reasonable bitrate (like 160kbps). You will have a very small file (something like 30% of the size of the RAR compressed file) but even if you have lost information is very difficult to hear any differences (unless you use a very low bitrate).

Electricus: I thought this was called Summer Days?
Technically it is, it's just an updated version with added scenes so it's not exactly a re-release of the 2006 version. Shiny Days is done in the same spirit as School Days HQ, and replaces Summer Days as the actual sales product.
lol I've been waiting on this since it was announced for the sole fact that there were new scenes with Kokoro . So I give thanks to the kind souls who upload this gem.
Here's a terrible torrent with all the scenes ( terrible because they're hard-subbed in japanese all contained in a 3 gb RAR.)
