Is this a doujin and does anyone have it ?

I found a few of these from the same artist and the title: Shoujonikuen 2 alias Garden of Nymphomania. Has anybody heard of this, and is it a doujin or just random art works from an artist or studio ? I used the search feature here on LAH and got nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

This is from an artist called "Lolita Core" and is forbidden here since there are too many rumors about him using real pictures as a source (unless Sat changed his mind until now), which also forced the artist to close his site long ago. He never made any Doujinshi, just pictures (which I happen to see coming up these days on -boorus)
