I downloaded applocale but i can't get them to work.
Is something else needed for the parts with _ARC?

Well, yes, you have to change the language of non-unicode programs to japanese.

So, as I can recall: you just go to "Control Panel", then double click on the "Region and Language" icon, then click on the last tab "Administrative" and on this page you have to find a bottom: "Language for non-unicode programs" and here you have to chose Japanese.

Applocale doesn't really works on WIN7.

It like auto starts installing and then kinda goes crazy and then I kill the process. Anyone else have this issue?
