I can not obtain the download for English Translation. When I change the hxxp to http I have two choices. One is to continue the other is download. When I click on download it just takes me to an upload/download site with nothing to download. When I click on continue, the page stays blank... How can I obtain the English Translation?

Well, the ENG .swf is only the translated file, a patch. You have to put it into the original game's folder and replace the mago01_A_v01.swf.
