So the past few months I've been super-ultra busy at work, but now things have finally slowed down for me and I can sit down and have some free time. Spent the past week doing some doodling, and this particular sketch turned out really well, I thought, so I made it a full picture. Tried some new things and tweaked some techniques. Hope you guys like it!

Thanks! As for your question, no she's not aboriginal. I haven't really put too much thought into her heritage since I first made her. Back then the intent was for her to be at least part-Latino, or of Brazilian descent, mainly for naming reasons. Her full first and last name is "Tallerica Marquez" which, with her nickname of Tally, was supposed to be kind of a round-about pun on the phrase "tally marks" for no real reason other than to have her sister and mother share the name-pun of "[something] marks." Also really sorry it took me so long to answer you. I've been busy the last few days, one of which was spent on the picture in this post!
Yes, I know this picture is really small, especially compared to some of the rather large ones I've done in the past, but that's because the original purpose was to try and mimic the look of those old-school H-Games for the PC-98 (that pixelated dithering look) that I recall playing Windows ports of in the early 2000's. Also experimenting with new ways to draw faces. I didn't quite get the old-school look right, unfortunately, but I still really liked how this turned out anyway.

More experimenting with different line and coloring techniques. Went for a less anime, more Western animation/comic book feel. I'm pretty sure I like the way it turned out, but I dunno...
If nothing else the concept (Tally being slutty in a locker room) gave me an idea for a short comic, so maybe I'll give that a shot. I've tried more than once to do a comic, and hated every attempt I made but maybe this time I won't.

Wow! Really nice work! And did I hear Game Maker 8? I know the first post was over 6 months ago, but it just reminds me that my very first program/game was made in Game Maker 5, over 7 years ago! (I learned a lot of programming logic using GM5 in that time, which surely helped with learning all other programming languages way before joining IT universities).
Now, back to the topic, if you ever plan to make a game, try Flash. It isn't only really easy to draw and animate there, the programming is also very easy and fast to learn PLUS it should suit your style just fine.
Whenever I see your Tally, she reminds me of this game - which is available for download in this page. Obviously, your character is a loli and has no tan lines, but that's a mere example of what you can do with Flash.
Game Maker is a very powerful tool for people without any programming/coding knowledge, indeed. But Flash will provide you with an overall better animation quality (as Flash IS designated for that) and you'll have to go through less than 1% of the trouble you'd have with GM, Flash is pretty straightforward provided you spare 2-3 days to learn the basics. Best of luck. 
edit: You may as well try Game Maker's HTML5 edition (possibly better than flash), but I've got close to no HTML5 coding experience and I'm yet to see an h-game made in HTML5.
