So far I've been tapping threads here for pics (since I wasn't actively collecting it before). I already scoured a few threads clean for anything I thought would be of use.
And, yeah, generic pictures should work for the tentacle birthing and other particularly hard to find images (including ponygirls). I'll also look at other sites like Gelbooru, but for now I'll look at figuring out actual slave creation and begin filling in the pieces (inserting pictures/etc.) to figure out what I'm missing, then go from there.

Status update: I decided to ask cmacleod about this project to clarify his position on other people making loli slaves without official support, since I figured it was better to ask first rather than risk upsetting him later. I got the following response:
"I do not oppose you developing whatever slave you like. I will still assist with any development issues or questions you have, but not with image editing or playtesting.
I will not package a loli slave with the main game in the installer for the game or link to it from my blog or the new webpage.
Feel free to create a thread here for it's development and when complete a thread in the main upload area. Similarly in the futanaripalace, but they are restricting loli a bit more, but it should be ok to create a thread there as well. Worst case you may have to do so in the loli subforum"
So now I can proceed with a clean conscience (and cmacleod's position has been clarified).
I'm currently reading the SDK documentation.

Me and Senkousha are currently developing a whole new game based on SlaveMaker. It's hard, at least for me, as I can't find a proper engine to build it in, and learning Flash turned out to be a pain in the ass. I'm researching Adventure Maker, but I doubt I'll be able to do it in it. Still, I'm trying, and if I fail, then it's back to learning Flash.
By the way, does any of you know where I can find the SMaker source code? It'll be much easier if I just have that and change stats, descriptions, pictures and such, instead of making a new game altogether.

At least it might be a good first step. (and give those of us who wish he wasn't anti-loli something to do while we wait for your better program  .

| Creating Custom Slave Maker characters |

It seems to be fairly easy code wise to create slave maker characters. It is somewhat time consuming to do all the replacements even if it is simplistic (don't forget to update the action script offsets for hats, tails, and wings ^_-). The flash file, as show below, consists of a small number of layers and a large degree of internally referenced pictures. The action script used (ASv2 the creator mentions to not use v3) is fairly simplistic and short at around 1250 lines of code.
What I lack to create a functional character (ignoring custom attributes and quests for now) is pictures. I have plenty of doujins (all from Pleinaire torrents back when I lurked renchan) but no color pictures ( I have less than 50 total color loli pictures :-O )and lolibooru has a few hundred sakura pictures but most have censoring issues ( hXXp://lolibooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=9164 ) and as seen by the item count in the folder below several hundred images are required for each slave (2-5 per sex act plus dresses, endings, and so forth). If someone could point me at a torrent or other site with a tag cloud like lolibooru then I would be happy to download and start converting images for use.
If you don't want to point me at a resource (bastard is clearly just fishing for free loli) then I will happily guide you through how to do so assuming you are using flash CS5 or something with a similar setup.
It might be easier with the slave building application they distribute but I prefer working hands on with code so you are on your own with that particular app. I'm also fine with doing *cough* uhh... creating a different slave if another character with a few hundred pictures and a large variety of them (there are quite a few actions in Slave Maker training) is available. It also looks like I need to darken that image of Sakura up in the pens, she is a bit too bright for that area. If you don't mind horribly pixelated images I suppose I could create the slave with them but considering the time it takes to do all the conversions I'm slightly less enthusiastic about that.

I do have one gripe though, and thats with the reason sakura is a slave.
I know its tiny but it seems kinda stupid.
I was thinking maybe you could say she had to become a slave or do said training to find a few clow cards that way you can intergrate that cards into how shes played. Food for though.
