This is Benjamin "Ben 10" Tennyson as he appears in "Ben 10 alien force"


This is his evil doubleganger Albedo (In the middle)

In the episode "Good Copy Bad Copy" Albedo, who was the assistant of Azmuth the inventor of the Omnitrix, had changed himself into a duplicate copy of Ben 10. Albedo had by becoming Ben 10 also inherited all the quips and quirks of the real Ben 10, such as twitching with his left eye when telling a lie, scratching himself in "inappropriate places." and the constant craving for a particular kind of food.

Albedo and the real Ben 10 fought and during their battle, Albedo's omnitrix was damaged resulting into his DNA being altered making him a Negative version of Ben 10 color-wise. Azmuth stopped the battle, destroyed Albedo's omnitrix, trapping him in Ben 10's form permanently. Albedo has since been incarcerated in an inter galactic prison but he hasn't been sitting still...
