 Innocent Sketches |

Dear users of LAH,
As I was working on a creative project (not to be named any further), starring a very adorable little girl, I became bored and started to sketch a little. With the character still in mind, I soon came up with these few depictions of bare innocence.
Being slightly shocked, as well as excited over the beauty I had created, this very site came to mind. Wouldn't it be nice if I were to share this creation with all of you? Yes, it would!
So here we have four small sketches, I hope you'll enjoy them. And maybe I will even extent this collection in the near future, but that depends on you 
- Feel free to criticize, maybe you can learn me a thing or two!
PS. Note that these aren't images of any 'sexual meaning', it was just an exercise for me to work on err female curves/or the lack of them - I doubt if I ever will make anything in that direction.

I like the way you draw, the poses and body shape are nice even if the face kinda creeps me out a little because it reminds me very old cartoon art style like Popey... 
Maybe she's his secret daughter 
Ah well... I won't refuse to see more drawings from you anyways

Haha, I already wondered if someone would care about the big difference between head and body. Since I'm still trying to find a suitable style for myself, things like that happen.
Basically I just wanted to sketch some poses, but a body without a head is strange and incomplete. However, I can't draw realistic heads, so this was the only solution at hand.
Maybe I'll try to simplify the bodies, or look for any other way to make the head and body match a little bit better. Thanks for pointing it out!
*And now you mention it... It certainly does remind of Popeye. Look what nostalgia made me do

Well, since nobody bothers to respond I'll just keep this going
Now that I'm getting the hang of it, it really isn't that difficult, drawing manga. Err, well, maybe I shouldn't have said that  But I think I'm doing just fine.
Here's a quick sketch, let's see if this releases some primal fetishes from you guys

First Popeye, now Mandy... Interesting how all my characters seem to stir up old memories.
I'll see if I can come up with some more t-rex & loli... By the way, is there any chance I'm working on a first here? Never heard of loli & t-rex involvement before, hehe.

Lol, it's hard for me to find something to CC about when the person can draw better then me XD The first girl had a very cute and innocent body, but i agree that the face does seem like old cartoons, or maybe something out of that comic with Jughead in it haha.
Even though the second girl is drawn very well, she doesn't seem very appealing, sorry =(
The last girl is done very well, I love the line-art and how you drew the structure of her body and all the bumps and curves of her shoulders and knees and all that stuff. I'm still learning how to get my lineart to look like that. The back may be curved a little too much on the top (it tends to be more straight while the part of the spine that sits behind the stomach does most the bending) but it still looks very very good.

Thanks for the feedback! They all seem different because I don't normally draw manga - although I've had a few tries in the past, this is the first time I seriously have the feeling I'm getting the hang of it. So, in these previous pictures I'm still in the process of finding out how it works...
I've been working on anatomy in my work for years though, so I think at least that shows off. But it's not perfect either, as you already pointed out
Just checking out your thread now, seems you're doing a good job yourself Though I think your aim shouldn't be clean and perfect line-art yet, maybe you should sketch a little more (use Photoshop instead of Flash!). I still sketch all the time, trying out new things and perfecting old ones, getting the hang of the shapes of the human body, etc.
... Oh wait, should've posted this in your thread I guess Well anyway, I think you're doing great already! Just continue what you're doing and you will get even better in no time
*On a side note: Since I'm currently on a BIG project, which needs my attention all day and night, there's not much time for me left to draw 'things' so I don't know when I'll be able to fulfill your needing wishes, dear catboy

Anyways that's a great body. A bit to muscled for my taste but all those yaoi artist who draw super muscles that are disconected from the body or rippling off their bodies like 7th and 8th penises should take a lesson from you.
