You're right, this doesn't belong here. LAH has always defined "loli" by breast size, therefore "breasted" = "not loli". It's not a perfect definition, but it works to keep the loli section from being flooded with obvious non-lolis that somebody thought "looked loli".

Sorry, but it really doesn't matter what you think. More and more places that have lolis define them by the body and not age. And a loli don´t have boobs or pubic hair.
If they have one or both of them they are not defined as loli anymore. Age is something that is impossible to know unless it´s told by the artist, and most artists never set a age for their drawings.
You also have those characters that looks loli but are, after your definition, far from being loli because of their age. So to actually let lolis be lolis people judge it by their bodies instead to be more accurate.
And since LAH forbid ages, going after the body is the only way for us to define lolis.
Please do remember how LAH judges lolicon when you post images.

Given that each artist has their own style and proportions aren't consistent between artists, the ONLY way to judge loli from non-loli is "a flat chest is best". anything else would be subjective and while one person would classify image A as loli, another would say non-loli.
