Well folks we've all seen plenty "Defend your Castle" games. Some even "Defend your Trench." Or hell, for all we know "Defend your Pride!"
But all of that doesn't matter now. Because this theme has become LOLI-FIED!

Well you click on the 'unit' placed and in the box on the bottom describing it in a conveniently foreign text we all know and love, it shows it's current power, what it will become, and it's point cost. There is a clickable text inside that which appears when you meet the cost needs, around the bottom right of the box.
Heh, same here. I got to only level 20 though because all I had was Fire. T-T Took me a while to learn that they could level up

lol, I've played this so many times over so many months ago.
I think I've made it as far as 100(only proof I have is 97 though, oh well). Course the game is endless and the enemies get exponentially harder with each pass. Some tips,
You want to add the $40 girl as soon as you can. She's a money multiplier(or rather interest). I don't remember by how much, but the more you have the sooner you'll be able to upgrade your units.
Though, place her when you can. You'll still need to survive long enough.
Don't waste money on the plant girl. She doesn't do enough damage fast enough to warrant her use.
For the first few stages, you can get away with just Fire.
Though you'll want to add the $2000 Laser Tower and upgrade to LVL3 as soon as possible.
The main focus is to get that lynch pin. That middle area is the most important.
Anyways, here's my progress

Yes, but she's shooting quite slow. If they make more hits in the same time, the others are more useful.
But also the 'plant girl's shoots seem to slow down the targets, so choose for yourself.

I'd call her average, with Akazukin being the fastest, and Ice-girl being slowest. Also, isn't it the Ice-Girl that slows them down? As I said above, I used only Plant the first time around, and I didn't notice any slowdown.
Also, I'm seeing if I can get the instructions translated, so maybe it'll say in there.

So, Fire Tower attacks twice as fast as the plant girl.
Weird that the plant girls damage rating drops so much at higher levels, at around Level 3, she becomes obsolete.
Also later in the game, damage is going to be dealt by the Laser Tower, as it has the fastest rate of attack as well as 2nd highest damage output leveled up.
So, you're looking for effect rather than damage. The Ice Girl compliments the Laser Tower, since it slows them down. So you get more damage per attack with the Laser Tower.
Hope this info helps some of you. Though, to be honest, I can't really read japanese. I'm only assuming those are what the numbers mean. If someone can confirm them, than we can lay this to rest.
edit:
Ok I got some of the in game menu translated
攻撃 - Kogeki equivalent to Attack(Damage)
射程 - Shatei equivalent to Shooting Distance
攻撃間隔 - Kogeki Kankaku equivalent to Attack Interval
So yeah, my assumptions were correct about those.
Akazukin - Fire
Ringo - Money House
Sotachin - Laser
Ibara Hime - Plant
yuyuki/sesi Hime - Ice
