The beggining of the game is rather easy. Just try not to spend much money with the calligraphy option, and train the girls well in sex so they can be pimped to do blowjobs, sex, S&M, etc, wich is worth more money than working as a hostess.

ok, i solved money problem (by learning lots of caligraphy, gaining Mind and working lot as a hostess).
now, how do i teach them to do other services job then hostess? i did it accidentaly (still random clicking) for karin and now she does hardcore, but dont know how to do this with other girls.

Let me tell what I understood for now.
Part Time Job (Waitress, etc) : Gives money, and levels up Constitution, giving the girls more energy.
Art Study (Calligraphy,etc): Costs money, levels up Willpower, wich is more will to sexual acts.
Studying (Math, etc): Raises knowledge, levelling up gives more options for other classes.
Pimping (Hostess, etc): Gives lots of money based on charm, uses lots of willpower.
Resting (Sleep, etc): Recovers Energy and Willpower.
Now, by studying, the girls will learn more jobs, classes to undertake. Like a new part time jobs (Mascot, etc), new art classes (Ballet, etc), new studing classes (Geometry), new resting options (Vacation), so Studying is not a bad choice.
Pimping your daughters gives money based on their charm. Charm is raised by sexual training. When doing sex train, always stop the trining when they are nearlly exhausted. Never exceed their capacities, it will cause the training to fail and the charm increase will be small, and they will be totally exhausted by the next week.
Sex training will also open the next options on pimping. I understand that by having much sex and oral with the girls open such pimping options.
I know you can buy itens to train the girls, and itens to recover their energy, but I don't know the use for the KEY items, nor know what miwoj meant by cloth recipes.
Before getting the bad end with the first girl being taken away and raped, I ALWAYS had money to pay the debt, and surplus money to buy new items. Getting a bad end was kinda shocking for me, since I had always paid the debts.

You get the bad end by the choices you make not the money situation.
Then ending is always decided by the choice you make before the rape scene. Just choose the other option and you should be able to avoid it.

Here is a little guide from me:
Willpower(blue) and stamina(red):
levels up Willpower, wich is more will to sexual acts.
Thats not true.willpower is just the attribute that gets consumed by most of the schedule actions.its similar to the stamina attribute.some actions(like working for example burn up more stamina and some others burn up willpower.the same goes for the sex scenes.
Its good to have about the same amount of willpower and stamina.
Getting sex commands:
letting you lolis learn is important but new sex commands can only be achieved through the sex scenes.one example:if u let mikan give u a blowjob 3 or 4 times(it doesnt have to be on one day) she will be able to do it with customers.if u do normal sex with her about 4 times, she will also be able to do that with cusomers which gives even more money.but you can get the most profit from sm.to get that as a command u have to use the anal plugs on her about 4 times(u have to do that on several days because it uses up alot of stamina and willpower)
ichigo and karin get the blowjob and the sex command in the same way but for the sm command u have to use the fellatio mask on karin 4 or 5 times.ichigo doesnt have something like anal plugs so u need to use the whip on her a lot.
But remember that torturing them can have an inluence on the ending! And btw, its not very nice^^
Key Items:
there are some items in the shop which u cant use by clicking on them in the inventory.
there are for example the anal plugs, whips or fellatio mask which can be used in the sex scenes but there are also things like a computer.These things activate additional paths u can take in the later game.The computer can lead to special scenes with suika for example.
There is also an additional outfit for ichigo(sportswear) and karin(bunnysuit).Even after buying them u wont see them in the actual game but if u have them in the inventory u have the chance to see special sm scenes everytime u let them do sm with customers.But let me warn u that these scenes are a bit hardcore 
tips for getting A LOT Of money:
u shouldnt let them work as hostess in the first weeks.its okay if u cant pay the debt the first 2 times so concetrate on lvling up their stamina and willpower(part time work and caligraphic)
when u have both lvl 2 or 3, conmcentrate on raising atama(intelligence) as fast as possible for u get much more effective commands through it.Buy a few items at the shop that improve intelligence.with the better commands u can improve stamina and wil faster, u can do more sex on one day with them and so they get charme and the sexcommands faster which leads to getting money much faster in the end.
it really works well.in my savegame mikan has´about 4000 charme and i can get abou 200000000 every week^^.
