 H Games Downloaded but how to install? |

I've downloaded some games from BitTorrent and online sites but I can't figure out how to install the games/run them or how to put the Uncensor/English patches in either.
While were at this is there any actual sites strictly dedicated to English patchs/ Uncensor Patches?

My system is set to USA, the games are Eccentric Girls - Arima Natsubon [06-04-10] [shibuyabashi], Imouto Sitter - Nekogen (loli) [2006-04-28] [shibuyabashi], Jihanki - Takao Saeki (loli) [2006-04-28][shibuyabashi], and a few more. Now the only thing I ever hear is extract the Rar's and then mount the "ISO" on the "daemon tool" Which that's where I get completely lost especially on the whole "Mount the ISO to Daemon Tool".
