And I was about to say everybody should start using that upload site lol.

Hmm, it's downloading fine for me (Using Firefox). Might have been a glitch. Try it again?

I'm still using Firefox 2. I've just tried IE 6 and had no problems with that either.
What you said regarding the 4 digit code seems reasonable (see screenshot below).
Have you got javascript enabled?

*GAK* IE7.0 *GAK* I remember installing that and promptly rolling back the installation when my new super-duper IE failed to work (AT ALL)...
