english to japanese translation help |
Quote |
I always make it a point to reverse translate anything I do online, to avoid the "cup of chopped crazies" error that most online translators make. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a romanji->english translator that can handle phrases. Could someone please verify that this is correct.
english: Hi-chan, you are a goddess [to me], allow me to worship you.
japanese: Hi-chan, watashi he megami, watashi wo suuhai surukotowo kyoka shinasai.
I'm pretty sure there is something wrong, but I don't know enough to be sure.
(btw no euphemisms are used)
I am mostly concerned with what "suuhai surukotow kyoka shinasai" actually translates as.
any help is greatly appreciated.

edit: not asking for any effort on your part, but if you do know, feel free to comment

I started with the english phrase, and translated it to japanese using online translators, and I want to make sure that it means the same thing. So, i guess the original japanese would be...
watashi he megami, watashi wo suuhai surukotowo kyoka shinasai
here's what i did:
i put the phrase(you are a goddess to me, allow me to worship you) into babel fish.
that gave me the phrase(私へ女神、崇拝することを許可する私をである)
i put that through the japanese to romanji translator on Animelab.com
that gave me two things
romanji(watashi he megami , suuhai surukotowo kyoka suru watashi wodearu)
english(I fart goddess, worship surukotowo clearance to do I wodearu )
now, i'm a little confused.

challenge for me, eh? ツァリュー出るかな?
Okay, you wanted "you are a goddess to me, allow me to worship you" ?
well, aside from the fact that all forms of "worship" in Japanese is in its very literal term, instead of the English way of sometimes wanting to be so close to someone because you like said person, there should be no problem.
Romaji: "Kimi ni suuhai shite kudasai. Kimi ha, boku ni megami-sama no you dakara."
Kanji: â€Âきみに崇拝してください。きみは、ぼくに女神さまのようだから。â€Â
lit: "let me worship you. Since you are, a Goddess to me."
If you want some variants or alternatives, tell me

Thanks, that will work perfectly.
I was going for a literal use of the word worship.
