Oi, I could use some assistance.
I've downloaded the files and extracted to get a .mdf and .mds. AAAAAAAAAAND I'm a noob. I have NO Idea how the smell I'm supposed to open the files and engage in the gameage. What program do I use to open it? How do I install it? I need a noob walkthrough... 
Also, bonzaibachus, try again when your Internet connection is at its strongest. It works for me.

.mdf and .mds are Disc Image files, similar to iso, bin and md5 and to some extent, nrg. The way to open them is in the rules. I'd help right away, but I've done that in a few of my other posts.
Also, Google is your friend.
Once you have it figured out and have everything you need, switch your settings to Japanese Regional and Unicode. Otherwise two things might happen:
1: It won't run at all.
2: If it does, any text that appears will be what's termed "Garbage Text".
