I was able to get vol. 1-3 here:

But at the end someone said something about chapter 27, which is in volume 4, and posted a few translated pages from the manga. (I'd recomend you don't read that post though like i did. Its potential spoilers.)

Another one to try is Toshiue no Hito. Technically the girl is 26, but she looks about 12. Has a pretty good story line too. Baka Update site is down and won't let me check how the down loads are tough. Prob. bittorrent though AW released some and they have direct download at their website usually.
