Yeah I know the site for some time, Demi (the owner) is working with the principle of some paysites out there. First "borrow" content from the author, then resell it on your (partial) paysite. I am not entirely convinced the makers of these games every see a penny. Don't get me wrong, I am all game for warez, especially as I am permanently broke, and he definitly has a nice collection after these years, but if someone wants money from me for stuff I can find on free forums, from fans for fans, I can't help myself but feeling a little bit pissed upon.
