Alright, that'll teach me to make my first post before reading the rules. Apparently, your first post being a request is frowned upon...
I've never been much for big introductions or anything, so I wouldn't really be sure what's supposed to go here, to be honest. I made a passing mention in the aforementioned first posts, but this site seems pretty cool from what I've seen so far. It's a lot more quailty stuff than I'm used to finding with random searches, and I can't seem to find my way to all these other really good sites people keep telling me about.
Anyway, I seem to be running out of random things to say already, so... uh, "Hello", and "Please pardon my too-soon requests."
Now, back to reading up on those rules...

However, thats not your case is it? you are new to LAH there fore i cant really laugh at the situation only sympathise because sadly i made that mistake myself. In anycase just keep those rules in your head when logging into LAH. Cause as they said it keeps you ahead of the rest of members who dont actually read the rules.

Good to know I'm all forgiven and such, thanks. I was wondering, though... a couple things, really. First, are there any hard rules before I can make a request? Or do I just get a message, or what? Just curious.
Also, my collection isn't all that big, and most of the loli stuff I have is from the threads here, so I doubt I'd be able to actually contribute much in teh way of new images, is that going to be a problem?
I do have a lot of regular pictures from other sites (mostly Aeris Dies), but I'm not sure how many may already be up. Is it a problem if I post something that's already been posted before? I don't exactly have the time to check every singel old post, or anything, is all...
Anyway, thanks for the welcome, and everything.

When you post a pic it gets checked and if it's already there you'll get a message on top of your post giving you the link to the pic. If you have it slightly altered one (a bit smaller, a bit bigger, other jpg compression rate or stuff like that) it'll still come through, though.
If you want to make a themed thread, checking with the search if it already exists is still the best way to do.
As far as I figured it out there isn't an exact number of posts you have to make before requesting (but not as the first one, that is the only hard rule I know), neither do they have to be posts with uploads (a few of those would be still nice, of course). You should just show with them that you care about the site and aren't just here to request a thing once, then go into nirvana - if I understand it right. (if someone knows better, feel free to correct me)

Alright, thanks. One last thing... all my pictures are bitmaps, because my piece-of-crap computer has trouble opening jpg's. I can't seem to figure out how to change them over without it getting screwed up, and I can't post bmp's. Does anybody know an easy way to change them over? I've tried opening it and then saving it as a .jpg, bu then when I do manage to open it, it just shows the red x box.
I'd love to put some of my stuff up, but can't manage it until I can figure out how to change the files over to a type I'm allowed to post.

If you want to convert you bmp files into jpg, use irfanview. It's free and very good.

Well, it looks like that won't matter anyway, as I can't seem to get these images changed over to another type. My computer's on its last legs, and won't let me download anything new, either. So, it looks like I won't be able to share anything I have either way. Sorry.
Anyway, thanks for trying. I'll see if I can't find some other stuff while I'm wandering around later on.
