I found this game the other day through my daily interwebs trawling. It's from the makers of May Reason and May Queen, and, as such, is a similar style game.
It was a torrent in it's original form, but it has evolved into a direct download. Behold:

you know i am having the same prob despite setting language to japanese under reigonal settings it still wont work
