Normal leechers grabbing stuff for their use are fine. After all, lah is for everyone, and many come here not because they want to post loli, but because they dont have any loli yet but want some.
Stealers are people who regularily come here, grab the things and post them on their sites while removing any traces of LAH on the file, gaining all the credits.
But yeah frag, people grabbing stuff to put them on a paysite makes me shudder...
What will you do if such a site exists? Issue a C&D?

Another thing I've noticed is that loli stuff that isn't password-protected often gets deleted because it's forbidden, and that happens far less often with stuff with a password...
