It won't save at all or just no option?
The only time you can save is when you actually start tailing the girl.

Ok I think I know whats the problem.
Each of the girls has their own save/load screen. Since you picked a different girl then that first one when you click load from the main menu you have to click on the tab of the girl you saved with.

EDIT: Ok, I finshed getting it and unpacked it all - and if anyone's having trouble starting it, move disc 1 and disc 2 into the same folder and don't worry about files with the same name - but when I press start, I'm given a screen with a dancing girl on it.
Now, don't get me wrong, she's a nice girl and the video is ok, but how do I get into the game itself? Nothing seems to work.

If your still having the saveing problem, I had a similiar problem couldn't save but after a lil I figured out it was just that I had the files needed for saveing as read only, so if your like me and just overlooked that it was readonly then your set to go now  . Otherwise good luck figureing out whats wrong for you.
