Artist is Takeshi Kunitsu (you can read that on the cover above in the lower middle) and I have three more from him.

Well, according to Tsaryu who I got it from long ago it's even Zashiki Musume (since I can't read moonspeak I can't prove it) and it's the last one on the way to RS from me (started just one minute ago). I'm only waiting for the link before submitting all three in a new thread. (meaning I beat you, KTJ)

But you can get the others now (and Zashiki on RS if someone prefers, I don't like wasting the link now)
