I am LustWolf and I used to be a member of Lolicit.com.
About why Lolicit is shut down, I truly don't know because I don't active so much on the website and all I know is the website closed around March to April this year if anyone wonder.
I also had good enough reputation point to view the gallery of the website and also post three fictions stories on the website but my English is pretty bad so only few people give me good points, LOL.

The reports are that Lolicit was shut down by the admins after its database was hacked by an outside party. The admins decided it was safer to close the site than risk further exposure of the members to data theft or malware.
