Came here to feed data to the AI

Hello!

I'm currently in the process of collecting data to fine-tune (train) a Large Language Model (LLM) for AI text generation, mainly in the form of loli-themed stories and possibly RP/ERP logs. Hopefully I will be able to find something suitable here. I will be delighted if I can find here good sources to such RP/ERP logs (or pointed to suitable links) or even to the forum section here that I currently cannot access yet.

Welcome to LAH, LittleBlackDevil. Thanks for being upfront about your reason for being here. There is some division here about how AI should be treated. Some people love it - there are active threads on it in both the "Pictures: Little Angels" and "Pictures: Angels Hentai" sections.

I have serious reservations about AI. I am concerned about how it will impact the well being of artists and other creative types. Among other things. I request that you refrain from using anything that I have written in your AI "training". What I wrote was intended for the immediate participants or possibly other active members of LAH, not some AI system that might twist or regurgitate my work. I can't stop you unless I delete everything that I've written - and, please, don't make me do that just to avoid further dehumanization. Those of us who love lolis have a hard enough time without losing that ability to participate in a community.

If you're here to participate or share, feel welcome. Review our "Rules and FAQ" for the guidelines we use. Please show consideration for the members and ASK before taking any of there work for use in an AI. Those sections of LAH are NOT open to non-members or web scrapers for a reason. Some of the writers and RPers may be only too happy to have you use their work as samples. Others may be like me, and wish to keep their work off limits for AI building.

I know very well that AI will impact artists severely; I can say that the latest advancements in AI image generation definitely affected my hopes of becoming a 3D character concept artist, onto which luckily I haven't invested too much of my life-I just happened to start too late. Now I use AI myself to generate artwork (not professionally), including that of my own forum profile picture...

I understand your concerns about your or others' posts potentially being included in AI training datasets, although it's likely that large for-profit companies won't care at all about user consent. For instance, AI chatbots websites like Character.ai (to which I'm NOT affiliated) very likely trained their models off many gigabytes of automatically or semi-automatically scraped RP/ERP logs from various sources.

Perhaps this discussion will be better suited for a dedicated thread in a separate section with input from other users as well.

I've already started a thread about it in the "Stories and Roleplaying" section. It is intended as a main list for people who definitely say that they want to "opt out", "opt in", or "opt in, but only if you tell me".

AI is advancing very, very quickly. There are legal issues surrounding supposed nonprofits sampling the work of many artists and creators then handing over the information to for-profit developers. I don't think that anyone knows how it will be resolved.

While AI will certainly allow for some creative types to draw on tools and resources that they wouldn't have before, the risk of displacing those who have dedicated many years to their respective arts and disciplines is immense. Forgery and imitation are just some of the risks. Major disruption of multiple economic sectors without compensation is likely. There are other issues, such as using extremely large dataset AI to track, identify, and expose people on the margins - such as those who share in this community.

You sound like you're a part of that community, have been upfront about your intentions, and are welcome here. I just have very deep concerns. Join the discussion in the link I provided. There are creative talents here who would like to hear from you.
