Unless the game provided its own English title, it's best to use the Japanese one as it will make searching for the game easier.

Btw, the English translation is "It ain't small! ~Greet and kiss by school bus~"

The chuchu bit doesn't translate well, it refers to a sort of affectionate kissing (as opposed to romantic) like those between loving couples or between parent and children. I can't think of an English term or expression that says this well.

first add exception to your cracked siglus engine.exe, your av is making false alarm. then start the game for first time with your iso mounted. after that you can eject the mounted iso & start game normally everytime you open it for the 2nd time

did you copy the crack? try playing with iso mounted for first time do not eject it, or try to add entire game folder to AV exception , my guess is your AV is murdering your crack,(siglus engine)

here step by step to install:
1 mount the iso
2 install
3 install the update
4 add the game folder into your AV exception
5 copy the crack into game folder
6 run it for first time until you can see the title ( dont unmount the iso until you closed the game again )
7 you can unmount the iso after you played for 2nd time , so you don't need to mount iso again if you play it

if this not worked (i don't know what the problem)
