I'm gonna have a tough time trying to figure out what to do here since this game is in japanese.
So there are two downloads....the first one is the game but what do i do with the second one? It only gives me a file.

Are you reffering to the:
whatever.7z.001
whatever.7z.002
whatever.7z.003
whatever.7z.004
...
whatever.7z.n
That says the archive "whatever.7z" has been split into parts. Some extraction tools can handle it. Others you need to use a different tool to join them. (I created a bash script to do so.) I suspect your program handled it fine. If it didn't I would have expected it to have complained about broken / malformed /missing files.
