I apologize for the Engrish btw. It's not available on the English site so I ran both the title and description through Google Translate. Not the best idea, I know. But it's better than nothing.

As the description says, it's all animations. There's (kinda annoyingly slow) text, but it's like any other VN rather than what it looks like. The game is also mouse friendly for convenience. xD
Now to help you with the options, the 1st option is:
- Clothed
- Naked
And the 2nd when you go from foreplay to sex is:
- No Cross-section
- Cross-section
It's a small game, but like the other one, it's also a gem.

Looks like someone forgot to be in Japanese locale when extracting the .zip file (hence all the files that would have Japanese characters in their filenames, have garbled text instead, and the game therefore cannot find them).
Be in Japanese locale when extracting, or otherwise use a correctly set up WinRar or the software sjisunzip...

rename the folder to something smaller and make sure none of the files have weird unicode characters. that should fix your issue

To avoid issues on file names and folders name, I've reserved for this kind of game a laptop with Windows XP and all the settings and applocale set to Japanese
