A Dragon Quest 3 adult hentai game about a tentacle monster that attacks a town to get all the girls pregnant and repopulate his tribe. In the main map screen of the game you can choose different town locations most of which will have a girl to attack. The fights are simple with 3 options (Fight, Heal, Critical) and for each one you win you get a tentacle scene with the girl. The game has sound and the girls are voiced, there is some English but most of it is in Japanese text but it is still quite playable.

The game is designed to be replayed with some scenes only being unlocked if you visit places in the right order so you have a correct item. After you use the Seed of Conception item all girls will become pregnant and have your blue jelly loli. The Dedicated Hoimiso item ups your attack power making the game easier. Once you have met a CG or scene once you can replay it from the main menu.
