Hello, first time uploading so here goes:
This game is a sequel to Secret Room Breed (titled as Secret Room Bleed, or Sealed Room Breed) although the meaning is different, but the end result is the same, you make her bleed, or breed her. But the original title is actually "Breed" because you suppose to breed/tame her.

So the game is the same as before, with a new girl, a little bit of new graphic and voiceover in storyline. And probably with the same guy as before.
If you haven't play the first one, here's the story (it's the same on the sequel)
You kidnap the girl, chain her into your basement, and do whatever you want with her for 14 days. After 14 days, the girl is set free, or depend on what you did, she may stay with you, which is the best ending. You can end the game early if she's dead from hunger, lost her mind from torturing, or she kills you.
In the sequel, even if she lost her mind, you can regain her mind (forgive my english) back but that will waste about 2-3 days, depend on your action.
This is uncensored and 99% translated. Only some part of the storyline is not, I think it's after the pissing scene?
The pack also include the first game with 100% English translated. (The one that posted here before, the link above, is not translated)

The first one is indeed fully translated (as in, also the item/action descriptions), the second one is missing the descriptions TL, as far as I can see.
Also, first one is decensored (all but...butt), however the second one has mosaic censor. Did I apply the patch incorrectly? (I don't think that is possible, though...  )

Wait, I think I can find it somewhere. ...... Attached below. (conf.sav goes into the 'save' folder inside the game's directory)
I guess it was too good to be true to be having the best of both worlds... ;P
Anyways, maybe now there is a higher probability of an uncensed English modified exe to show up! Hoping for the best!

Sorry for that.
edit: It looks like the save file you gave does the uncensor. When used with the english game file the pussy inside will be white (instead of pink), this also affects the penis.
But when used with the uncensor file you gave it will be fully uncensored, but the interface will be in Japanese, except for the dialog will be in English.
Without the save file, both pussy and penis will be mosaic.

I have been trying to open the game files and repack them for a while now with no luck.
do you have any idea how it was done or what tools were used? or even where this was first posted?
I may be able to apply the same or similar methods to decensor other games. Any info from anyone reading would be a great help.
