I've been looking for more from this circle.
But I have a question, I'm not interested in playing the games, I just want the video's from the games, I've seen webms and gifs of the scenes in the games, so I know it's possible to somehow extract or rip the video's from the games.
I figured the .exe could be opened with something like 7zip, and I could take the video files that way, but it didn't work. So how do I get the video files from the games, or is there someplace i could just download the video files.
I have win10, so I couldn't use Applocale even if I wanted to play the games unfortunately.

Almost all of the animations in the games are stored as a series of JPG images. Only sequences that don't loop (like cumshots) are stored as WMV videos, except the first non-flash game which uses AVI videos instead. When extracting you'll end up with hundreds or thousands of JPGs for each game which you'll have to animate, set the speed for, and then there won't be any sound.
I wrote some jenky scripts myself for fun, but to extract you can use a file carving tool such as Foremost (which needs to be built from source): hxxp://foremost.sourceforge.net/
To be honest, you're far better off setting up a Japanese XP virtual machine and just using saves to unlock the event gallery. Not only will it be less effort, but you can also use that machine to run other picky games in the future.

The reason I wanted the vids is so I could transfer them to a mobile format, psp for example, to watch at a later time.

Is it just me, or does "Secretely playing doctors" not work? I tried running it with and without japanese locale, but it just starts and when you try to play it crashes.
Any tips?

Most of the time gifs and videos like that are simply recorded high definition with an uncompressed screen recorder. You can then easily edit the videos from there... a huge amount of programs, many of them free, will take any source video and automatically process it for stuff like phones or youtube. I used to do it for NDS for shits and giggles.

Something's up with Mega and I don't know what, but everything I know has been deleted off their servers. I don't know if it's new Copyright policies, porn prevention policies, server issues or what. I just don't know...

I can confirm on Windows 10 that even when using Japanese locale, not all of the games work correctly. Most do, some crash on load, even in compatibility mode (tried windows 8, 7, all the way through XP). This is vexing as there isn't even any indication as to what is causing it. No error message, nothing. Halp!

I'm using a Virtual Machine for such cases. It runs a Win7 Japanese System which can handle most games.

New game demo is on dlsite so grab it if u want looks damn fine is like upgraded version of previous game but there is much MUCH more space for content the demo itslef is bigger than the previous full game if u ask me damn cant imagine all the possibilities @w@ -heavy breathing-
