Well, have to say, this is a rare find. Not many manga or doujins or anything cater to true impregnation crowd or the pregnant loli crowd. At least, not that I've seen. I actually think this is one of the better ones I've come across.

Only thing that irks me is that, a long time ago, I once read what I'm pretty sure is the untranslated full story that continues way past what this translated 'chapter' (?) contains.

Yes,the whole thing is a three or four parter but sadly only the first part has been translated
