I did a search and didn't find this, though I don't know it's original Japanese name. I hope it isn't a duplicate.
It's a pretty simple game. You're basically rolling dice against the girl. If you roll higher, she takes off some clothes, services you, etc. It's also just as easy to play the avi files that the game uses in media player, lol.
