Well, I'm actually not sure if it is even released yet but I think it is. If you scroll a bit down at the linked site you can see an entry for that game with a japanese text. Because my japanese sucks im not sure but i think it says sth. like it has been already released . The date can be seen there easily and this sentence スーパーヒロインタイム２０１３秋に出ておりました is in past tense saying that this game called super heroine time has already been released. But i couldnt find it anywhere so it would be great if someone could upload it here.

The title could also be "new loli plus" like its written in the pic. Im not sure which is right...
